Licensed fragrance manufacturing
We manufacture licensed fragrance for licensees and gift companies: character perfume, body mist and gift sets. The plant is a Disney FAMA registered facility and SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited, and our published client list includes Disney, Marvel, Barbie, Hello Kitty and Maserati. You hold the licence; we make the product to its approval steps.

Why licensors care which factory you use
A licensor protects its brand through the factories it approves. Before a licensee can produce, the factory usually needs to be registered in the licensor's own system and to hold a current social audit. A factory that has never been through that process can cost a licensee months. Ours has been through it.

Licensed brands we have produced for
Our published client list includes Disney, Marvel, Barbie, Mickey and Hello Kitty among character brands, and Maserati among car and fashion licences. We do not show licensed product images on this site. Ask us and we will share relevant examples directly, where the licence allows it.
What licensed fragrance usually looks like
Licensed fragrance sells mostly as gifts, so the product is shaped by the gift calendar and the price point. The common formats are small perfumes of 30ml to 50ml, body mists, gift sets that pair a perfume with a mist or a bath product, and character caps or toppers that make the bottle collectible. We make all of these, and the gift sets page covers how a set is planned.
Working to the approval steps
Licensed products pass through approval stages set by the licensor, usually at concept, pre-production sample and production sample. We build the schedule with those stages in it, so an approval wait does not push the shelf date. Artwork, colour standards and character proportions follow the brand guide. Product documents such as the SDS, IFRA document and allergen declaration are prepared for the licensor's product safety review.

Questions buyers ask
What is Disney FAMA?
FAMA is the Facility and Merchandise Authorization process Disney uses to approve the factories that make its licensed products. The YFF plant is a Disney FAMA registered facility.
Who holds the licence?
You do, or your licensor. We manufacture under your licence and follow the brand guide and approval steps it sets. We do not sell licensed products ourselves.
Which licensed brands have you produced for?
Our published client list includes Disney, Marvel, Barbie, Mickey and Hello Kitty, as well as fashion and car brands such as Maserati.
Can licensed products include body mist and gift sets?
Yes. Licensed fragrance most often sells as gift sets, body mists and small perfumes. We make all of them, and character-shaped caps and toppers where the design calls for them.
