Perfume: eau de parfum, eau de toilette and minis

We manufacture eau de parfum and eau de toilette for retail own brands, licensed brands and independent brands, from 100ml bottles down to 2ml discovery sets. We buy the oil from the major fragrance houses, then mix, macerate, fill, pack and ship in our own plant in Huzhou, which has made fragrance since 1983.

What a perfume project with us covers

A finished perfume has four parts: the fragrance oil, the base it sits in, the pack, and the paperwork that lets it cross a border. We handle all four in one place. You choose the scent with us, we build the juice at the concentration you set, we source or make the bottle, pump, cap and box, and we prepare the documents your market asks for.

What we do not do is invent the scent. Fragrance oils come from the major fragrance houses. Our work is everything after the oil: the formula around it, the stability testing with your actual packaging, the filling and the shipment. That split is normal in this industry, and saying it plainly saves a buyer from asking the wrong supplier the wrong question.

Bottles: our designs or yours

Our 2026 catalogue includes a 100ml gemstone bottle in jade, amethyst and rose, a cut diamond bottle in three finishes, and a run of 20ml and 50ml ranges with counter display boxes. Any of these can carry your label and box. If you have your own design, we make the mould. Bottle tooling takes 35 to 40 days from the signed 3D drawing, and caps run on a similar timetable.

Custom shapes are possible. The can-shaped bottle we produce for Babe Power by Missguided is the best example we can show: it has been on shelves since 2017.

Concentration and maceration

The concentration decides the character of the product and most of its price. Our own catalogue lines run at 10% for the everyday 20ml and 50ml ranges and 15% for the richer 20ml range we sell into the Middle East. Your brief sets the number for your project, and we confirm it at the scent stage with a quick blend of the oil in alcohol, before any full sample is made.

After mixing, perfume rests so the oil and alcohol settle together. This is maceration. We hold an invention patent for ultrasonic maceration, which shortens that resting step. How long a given formula rests is decided per project, and some buyers set it in their own specification.

Mini perfume, travel sizes and discovery sets

Small sizes do a lot of work for a brand: discovery boxes, gift with purchase, travel retail and the counter by the till. We make 2ml vials in boxes of 8 and 21, and 10ml, 20ml and 30ml sprays.

One thing few brands are told: below 30ml, perfume slowly loses weight even if nobody opens it. The juice escapes through the small gap between the pump and the nozzle. Imported pumps solve it at about three times the price of a standard one. Our fix is a gasket in a different material, at no extra cost, and a larger nozzle on 10ml. Ask about it if your range has minis.

Documents that come with the product

For each fragrance we supply the SDS, the IFRA document and the allergen declaration, and we issue an MSDS for shipping. For the EU and UK we supply the technical data your responsible person needs for the CPSR and the CPNP or SCPN notification. For the US, the plant holds a US FDA cosmetic facility registration under MoCRA, number 3016013680. The quality page lists every certificate, and our guide to import documents explains who files what.

How a perfume project usually runs

You send the brief: the market, the channel, the price point and the date you want it on the shelf. We send oils to smell, you choose, we make a full sample in your packaging, run the stability test with that packaging, then fill and pack. Packaging is normally the long part of the schedule. The process page explains what each step confirms.

Questions buyers ask

What concentrations do you make?

Eau de parfum and eau de toilette, plus lighter eau de cologne. Our own catalogue ranges run from 10% to 15% fragrance oil; your project can sit wherever the brief and the budget put it. The concentration is fixed at the scent stage, before the full sample.

Can I use a stock bottle?

Yes, and for a first launch it is often the sensible choice. A custom bottle needs a mould, which takes 35 to 40 days from the day the final 3D drawing is signed. Many brands start with a stock bottle and spend the budget on the cap, the decoration and the box.

Do you make small sizes and discovery sets?

Yes: 2ml vials in discovery boxes of 8 and 21, 10ml, 20ml and 30ml. Sizes under 30ml lose liquid through the gap between pump and nozzle over time. We fit a gasket in a different material to slow that loss at no extra cost.

Where do the fragrance oils come from?

From the major fragrance houses. We are not a fragrance house ourselves. You can smell over 500 oils we hold in stock, and we can request samples from about 5,000 more.

Who owns the scent we develop?

If it is developed for you, it is yours, and we do not sell it to another brand. We are happy to put that in writing, using our standard framework contract or yours, before work starts.
