Perfume OEM and contract manufacturing

As a perfume OEM, we manufacture your product to your specification in our own plant in Huzhou. You decide the scent direction, the concentration, the bottle and the box. We buy the oil from the fragrance house, mix, macerate, test with your packaging, fill, pack and prepare the export documents, under one roof that retailers have audited.

What we take on

An OEM project hands us the manufacturing and keeps the product decisions with you. In practice that covers:

  • Oil sourcing from the fragrance house you nominate, or from the major houses we buy from.
  • Formulation at the concentration you set, with the alcohol, water and any additives your specification calls for.
  • Packaging supply: bottles, pumps, caps, labels and boxes from our supplier base, or your own components.
  • Testing with your actual packaging: stability, compatibility and transport.
  • Filling, assembly and packing on our own lines.
  • Documents: SDS, IFRA document, allergen declaration, MSDS, and the data your EU or UK responsible person needs.

What we do not do

We are not a fragrance house, so we do not create fragrance oils. We do not fill finished juice made by another factory: if we cannot control the liquid, we cannot stand behind the stability or the paperwork. Your own packaging components are welcome. We say this up front because these are the questions that slow a project down when they come up late.

Why buyers choose an audited plant

For a retail buyer, the question is rarely whether a factory can fill a bottle. It is whether the factory will pass the retailer's own audit, keep passing it, and produce the documents the buying team asks for without a chase. The plant is SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited, holds ISO 22716 and GMP from SGS, and has passed second-party audits for NEXT, Carrefour, CVS (audit by UL), Watsons and MINISO among others. For the US it holds a US FDA cosmetic facility registration under MoCRA, number 3016013680. The quality page has each certificate.

Confidentiality and ownership

We sign NDAs and work under a framework contract that covers quality and confidentiality. If a scent is developed for you, it is yours, and we do not sell it to another brand. We do not show one customer's designs to another, in the showroom or anywhere else.

How long it takes

For a project in an existing bottle, packaging takes about a month, production about ten days, and sea freight about a month to the US or Europe, so roughly two to three months from order to your warehouse. A new mould adds 35 to 40 days. The timeline guide breaks this down, and the process page shows what each step confirms.

Questions buyers ask

What is the difference between perfume OEM and ODM?

In OEM work you bring the product: the scent direction, the pack and the specification, and we manufacture it. In ODM work you start from something we have already designed. Most projects mix the two. Our OEM vs ODM guide explains it with examples.

Can we supply our own fragrance oil or finished juice?

You can nominate the fragrance house and the oil, and we buy it in. We do not fill finished juice made elsewhere, because we cannot stand behind the quality or the documents of a liquid we did not make. Customer-supplied packaging is fine.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign NDAs and use a standard framework contract covering quality and confidentiality, or yours. We do not show one customer's designs to another.

Which audits does the plant hold?

SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited, ISO 22716 and GMP from SGS, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 from ICAS, and second-party audits for retailers including NEXT, Carrefour and CVS. The quality page lists numbers and dates.
