Work with us · Private label
Private label perfume manufacturer
Private label perfume is fragrance made by us and sold under your brand. You choose the scent, the bottle, the label and the box; we manufacture it, test it and prepare the documents. Retailers use private label to build an own-brand fragrance range, and brands use it to launch a fragrance without a factory of their own.

What you decide, and what we handle
| You decide | We handle |
|---|---|
| Brand name and artwork | Label and box printing to your files |
| Scent, from our oils or your nominated house | Oil purchase, formulation, maceration |
| Bottle: ours or your design | Bottle, pump, cap supply or mould making |
| Retail price and market | Concentration and pack options that fit them |
| Shelf date | A plan worked back from that date |
| Responsible person for EU or UK | Technical data, SDS, IFRA, allergens, MSDS |
Products we make under private label
Perfume in eau de parfum and eau de toilette, minis and discovery sets, body mist, the alcohol-free Body & Hair Mist, alcohol-free perfume, reed diffusers, room sprays and gift sets. Bath and body items such as shower gel and body lotion are available for retailers who run a wider own-brand fragrance programme.

Why the factory matters to your buyer
If you sell to a retailer, the retailer will look at your factory. Our plant is SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited and has passed second-party audits for retailers including NEXT, Carrefour, CVS, Watsons and MINISO. That means the questions your buyer's ethical trade and technical teams ask usually have an answer on file. The retailer audits page explains how to request the SMETA report.
Ownership
The brand is yours, the artwork is yours, and if a scent is developed for you, it is yours too. We put this in writing before work starts and do not sell your scent or show your design to another customer.
Getting started
Send us your market, channel, product list and shelf date. If you are early in the plan, our guide on launching a retail own-brand fragrance walks through the decisions in order.
Questions buyers ask
Is private label the same as white label?
People use the two words loosely. White label usually means a finished product with your label on it. Private label usually means a product made for your brand, with your own scent and pack choices. We do both, and most projects end up somewhere in between.
Do we need our own formula?
No. You can choose from over 500 fragrance oils we hold in stock and the formula is built for you. If it is developed for you, it is yours.
Who is the responsible person for the EU or UK?
The brand owner or an appointed responsible person in the EU or UK files the CPNP or SCPN notification. We supply the technical data they need, including the formula data, SDS, IFRA document and allergen declaration.
Can the label say Made in China?
It has to. Country of origin labelling is required, and we print it on every pack.
